I have had a bit of time on my hands recently so have collated a load of photographs from the archives and made a specific restaurant portfolio. I have photographed so many restaurants in the past I cant really remember how many or which ones but its fair to say I am quite confident making pictures within cafes and restaurants so I decided to make this as a promo to try and get a bit of work for the high end local eateries.
I have just finished putting together a Food Photography Portfolio Book. Its quite long but im happy with it as there are many areas of food I have photographed. The book follows the raw ingredients all the way to the plate and shows every step along the way.
While looking through all my old hard drives (from my previous post) I realised that I have alot of architecture photography that I really like and in an ideal world I would get alot more architecture work. I decided to make a portfolio of just architecture work and after doing a bit of research I found that most architecture photographers have a few main sections usually divided into the use of the building. So here is my Architecture Portfolio.
I have spent the last few day trawling the archives to try and make some sort of order of three years of raw photos. I am trying to bring a bit of order to the chaos of fiels everywhere and collate them into a short pdf showcase as an online portfolio. It takes a long time to go through a few terrabytes of data and even longer to edit the final selection into a coherent order…. but anyway here is a general Portfolio PDF I have made.
In the past I have done a few bit and pieces of work for design agencies. Its allways quite a challenge taking photos of photos but when you set up a little studio and have alot of covers and spreads to work with you can start to get creative. All images shot here were designed by Peter Gill Associates in Cardiff. Enquiries are welcome if you have a design portfolio you want photographed.
